The White Birch Story

After almost two decades of successful subdivision development in the heart of Riverview with McAllister Park, we felt it was time to take our continuing tradition of quality neighbourhood planning to a new location. With the demand growing for larger and more private lots, we knew just the place! Only minutes from downtown, located in beautiful Lower Coverdale, the original White Birch Estates captured the tranquility and gorgeous views of Albert County. Established in the mid-1970's by a family company, the original WBE was ready to grow and begin a new chapter in its history.

In the spring of 2005, White Birch Subdivision set out to establish itself in the market as a quality retailer of executive-sized treed building lots. After much planning, brainstorming, redrafts, and careful consideration for the environment, Phase One was ready to hit the market. It was met with hesitation at first, often as new subdivisions are. But once the homes started popping up, and the expectation of the local market was established, the sales started coming. 

As each new phase developed, the size, and quality of the homes continued to surpass our expectations. With careful planning, our subdivision continues to take on the best characteristics Mother Nature has to offer.
